What we collect
The details you submit: contact and company information, vehicle and optional VIN, engine, requested parts, quantity, destination, urgency and notes. Campaign parameters in the page URL may be saved with the request to attribute it to the right marketing source and sales representative.
How it is used
UFactory and Emilio Terán use your request to review part identification, prepare quotations and follow up. Requests are stored in a restricted sales inbox. Sending a request does not create a paid order, subscribe you to unrelated marketing or confirm compatibility.
Technical access and storage
After a successful request, an essential cookie gives this browser access to technical references for up to 30 days. Closing that access removes the browser cookie. Session storage may remember campaign parameters. Local storage remembers your selected part numbers, quantities and optional vehicle/unit descriptions until you remove them from the quote list or clear site data. A request fingerprint, calculated with a daily changing value, is stored with the request to limit spam. Sales records remain for follow-up and recordkeeping; contact Emilio to request review or deletion where applicable.
WhatsApp / Mind Miami
The WhatsApp button opens an external chat to Mind Miami with your name, contact details, requested parts, quantities, vehicle and source attribution. You must press Send in WhatsApp to share the message. Opening the link alone does not confirm delivery. Referring site, landing page and campaign parameters may be remembered during this browser session and stored with the quote.
