Your truck cooling parts checklist.

Prepare these details before your quote. This is a part-identification guide, not a repair or installation procedure.

01 / Identify the vehicle

□ Make / model / year________________________________________________

□ VIN (17 characters)________________________________________________

□ Engine / serial / horsepower________________________________________________

□ Existing part number + brand________________________________________________

02 / Compare the component

Core height × width × thickness. Note whether dimensions include tanks or frame.
Hose port diameter, location and direction. For CAC: flange style, boot diameter and auxiliary ports.
Frame, brackets, isolators, bolt spacing and sensor locations.
Oil coolers and fittings. For A/C: line connections, drier and seal requirements.
Photos: front, rear, label, each connection and mounts. Do not disassemble a hot or pressurized system for identification.

03 / Prepare the quote

Before installation, use the exact component and vehicle manufacturer instructions. A qualified technician should check the cooling fault, clean and inspect related systems, use the specified coolant and verify leaks after repair. A new radiator alone does not diagnose the cause of overheating.
